The file manager or the DPO of AREP will respond no later than one month after the access or correction request.

Data Security and Processing (Article 32 of the GDPR)
The data collected on the site www.arep.co.com and through our service providers and associated processing are hosted by the companies OVH, Aquaray, and Message Business. Only those related to the technical, marketing, and commercial services of AREP and its service providers have access to the information collected on the site www.arep.co.com, via a personal and unique identifier.

Data Breach and Communication within 72 Hours (Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR)
In case of a breach or suspected breach of personal data, AREP and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it.
